Summary

When originally looking for mice discovered gerbils instead. Four of them. So I took them home. Later on Ivory became sick. She got better, however later on she was picked on and attacked (she still has the scar on her back). So we had to separate her from the rest. This was a shame as Gerbils are very social. Unfortunately there wasn't an alternative.

She live in a converted storage bin. This is filled with a hay/ compost mix in which she is meant to build tunnels. However she doeesn't quite seem to have got the idea. She does dig a lot though.
