Summary
Katie found a "free to a good home" add in pets at home. We investigated and it turned out that two mice had been sold as girls. However one was a boy. They found this out when Pinky gave birth. We decided to sex and adopt the litter, apart from two girls which we would leave with the owner. However when we went round we found a very pregnant mum. We left the only two girls in the litter with the owner and adopted all of the others. The boys were split off from mum and she was given a small pet carrier to give birth in. Three days later (Tue 20th Sept 2005) she gave birth!

Came from a petshop in Blackpool originally. Rescued in Edinburgh as sold as "single sex pair" with a buck.
